What Is a PSTW Workshop?
A facilitated group experience designed for 15 to 50 participants. Teams of 4-8 players each run their own philanthropic foundation, making high-stakes resource allocation decisions across 6 rounds of escalating crises. It is real-time competition with rich discussion baked in.
Sessions run 90 minutes to 2 hours and are designed to surface genuine strategic tensions — the kind philanthropic leaders face every day.
